Segra is seeking an Order Coordinator I in a hybrid role, with three days in the office and two remote days per week. The position focuses on accurate data entry, order processing, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to keep orders on track.

The role offers entry-level learning in telecom workflows, documentation review, and system data entry, with strong emphasis on attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in business, telecommunications, or related field preferred.
• Relevant experience (data entry, order processing, customer service, or telecom-related work) preferred.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications terminology (e.g., circuits, bandwidth, service IDs) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment.
