Job summary

FIJI Water is seeking an Oracle Supply Planning Specialist to serve as the functional owner for Oracle Supply Planning Cloud after go-live. You will partner with Supply Planning and IT to optimize systems, validate changes, and improve reporting.

This full-time, temporary role lasts 6–9 months with potential conversion based on business needs, based at our West Los Angeles, CA office in a hybrid schedule (in-office Mon-Wed, remote Thu-Fri).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply planning, supply chain systems, or related operations support.
• Experience with large-scale ERP or enterprise systems.
• Experience supporting post go-live system enhancements and testing.
• Strong understanding of master data governance and data quality within planning.
• Experience creating user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
• Power BI dashboard development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional owner for Oracle Supply Planning Cloud enhancements post go-live.
• Lead testing efforts and coordinate resolution of issues with IT and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain user manuals, SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
• Own planning system setup, master data configuration, and governance processes.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for planning performance.
