Qualifications

• 5+ years of function/technical support of enterprise software (e.g., PeopleSoft Grants, Contracts, Projects, Billing and AR).
• Strong knowledge of database table structures, SQL, data extraction/organization and analysis.
• Ability to gather, synthesize, and prioritize highly complex end-user requirements and translate them for technical/non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with developers (in-house or third-party) and supporting enterprise software changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily end-user support and triage of complex system problems using incident management processes and ticketing systems.
• Perform extensive data analysis and system integrity reviews; document requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Execute SDLC activities including design, documentation, fixes, enhancements, upgrades; support new implementations.
• Create training materials for system support and change management; lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
