Job summary

FIJI Water is seeking an Oracle Supply Planning Specialist (Temporary) to own post go-live enhancements for Oracle Supply Planning Cloud and drive data governance, reporting, and process improvements. This role partners with Supply Planning and IT to deliver effective planning tools and analytics.

You will develop training materials, perform UAT, and maintain governance over planning data and configurations while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply planning, supply chain systems, business process improvement, or related operations support.
• Experience with large ERP or enterprise systems, preferably Oracle Supply Planning Cloud, Oracle Fusion, SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting post go-live enhancements, UAT, issue resolution, and functional requirements documentation.
• Strong master data governance, system configuration, planning parameters, and data quality practices.
• Experience creating user manuals, SOPs, training materials, and business support guides.
• Power BI dashboard development and reporting, including validation of outputs.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI; ability to collaborate across IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead post go-live enhancements for Oracle Supply Planning Cloud.
• Lead testing, validation, and resolution of issues with IT and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
• Document and govern planning data, configurations, and governance routines.
• Develop Power BI dashboards to visualize planning performance and metrics.
