Job summary

FIJI Water Company is seeking a skilled Supply Planning specialist to own post go-live enhancements, drive system optimization, and coordinate with IT and business teams. You will lead UAT, manage defects, and document processes, while developing manuals and training materials to boost adoption of Oracle Planning Cloud.

The role requires strong Power BI skills, data governance expertise, and experience with large ERP systems. A BS/BA in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply planning or related operations support.
• Experience with large ERP systems; Oracle Supply Planning Cloud or equivalent preferred.
• Experience supporting post go-live enhancements, UAT, issue resolution, and requirements documentation.
• Strong data governance, configuration and data quality knowledge in planning environments.
• Experience creating user manuals, SOPs, training materials and process documentation.
• Power BI dashboard development experience and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Post Go-Live Enhancements and System Optimization for Oracle planning Cloud.
• Lead UAT, track issues, and coordinate with IT and stakeholders for resolution.
• Develop user manuals, SOPs, and training materials; conduct trainings.
• Own planning system setup, master data configuration, governance processes.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with Oracle data.
