Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking an Oracle SCM Functional Architect to lead end-to-end supply chain transformations in Oracle EBS. You will design architecture across Inventory, Order Management, and Shipping with emphasis on WMS, and guide BRDs, FDDs, and project lifecycle deliverables.

The role requires extensive Oracle EBS/WMS expertise, strong English communication, and leadership in large-scale programs. Hybrid work with onsite 3 days/week and remote flexibility is offered in the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS experience implementing and supporting WMS functionalities.
• Experience in full lifecycle ERP implementations in manufacturing and warehouse environments.
• Excellent English communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional architecture across Oracle SCM EBS modules including Inventory, Order Management, and Shipping.
• Design SCM structures and supply chain relationships aligned to operating model.
• Oversee RICEW objects and data migration strategies for master and transactional data.
