Job summary

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for an Oracle Data Warehouse Analyst. Ideal candidates must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, 5+ years of information technology experience, 2+ years of data warehousing in an Oracle data warehouse and strong proficiency in writing/executing PL/SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years Information Technology experience.
• 2+ years data warehousing in an Oracle data warehouse.
• Strong proficiency in writing/executing PL/SQL.
• Exposure to Oracle ERP modules (Finance, Project Accounting, Procurement) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with leadership, customers, and 3rd party vendors.
• Oversee deployments of customizations and enhancements; ensure change control standards and compliance.
• Coordinate and assist in investigating and resolving support issues across IT teams.
• Participate in system upgrades, deployments, and technology expansions.
• Preserve and improve cybersecurity posture by keeping applications and their infrastructure up to date.
• Manage small to large-scale projects with stakeholders; plan requirements, track schedules, and monitor budgets.
• Lead discovery and implementation of process improvements across areas of responsibility.
• Collaborate with IT Business Architect to define and maintain application roadmaps.
• Maintain ITIL artifacts (CMDB and support KB articles), architecture diagrams, audit and disaster recovery docs.
