Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedules all elective surgical procedures and maintains perioperative schedules.
• Serves as frontline contact for physician offices and coordinates with staff.
• Ensures scheduling accuracy by checking resources, times, and physician availability.
• Communicates with physician offices about prostheses and equipment for cases.
• Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality and supports quality improvement teams.
