Job summary

Akron Children's Hospital in Akron is seeking an Operations Workforce Analyst to partner with Primary Care and School Health, delivering workforce planning, analytics, reporting, and contract support to improve efficiency, access, quality, and patient outcomes.

You will gather and analyze provider data, build dashboards in Tableau or Power BI, use SQL and Excel, and collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, and leadership on scheduling, onboarding, and workforce changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare data analytics or related experience.
• Experience in healthcare data analytics, operations, workforce planning, contract coordination, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards with actionable metrics.
• Gather, validate, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and risks.
• Provide data to support workforce planning, scheduling, compensation, and contracts.
• Maintain visibility to contract status, milestones, amendments, renewals, and updates.
• Assist onboarding, offboarding, and workforce transitions affecting scheduling and reporting.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting to support practice growth and planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting processes.
• Manage scheduled and ad hoc reporting to leadership with timely information.
• Collaborate with leaders to translate data into practical recommendations.
• Support cross-functional projects advancing Primary Care priorities.
• Other duties as required.
