Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare data analytics or related fields, proficiency with Tableau/Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel, and strong collaboration with leadership and HR teams. Hybrid schedule with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare analytics, operations, or workforce planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards for operational and provider metrics.
• Gather, validate, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support provider workforce planning, scheduling, compensation, and contract-related analyses.
• Monitor provider contract status, milestones, amendments, renewals, and compensation updates.
