The role covers Level I and Level II responsibilities, including identifying needs, developing curricula, and applying adult-learning principles to boost performance.

Qualifications

• Level I requires 2 years health training or related experience.
• Level II requires 4 years health training or related experience.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs with Operations, Quality, SMEs and stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and facilitate training using classroom, virtual, blended methods.
• Apply adult-learning principles to promote development and retention.
• Develop proficiency in enrollment, payments, data entry, and customer interactions.
• Deliver training for new systems, AI-enabled apps, automation, and new tech.
• Support adoption through education and reinforcement post-launch.
• Lead moderately complex training initiatives and mentor others.
• Analyze performance trends and adjust curriculum as needed.
