Williams Companies, Inc. is seeking an Operations Technician III to support pipeline operations, read and interpret drawings, maintain facility equipment, and analyze data to resolve technical issues. Safety and compliance are emphasized in every task.

You will work with a team to follow procedures, complete logs and reports, and adapt to after-hours shifts, travel between locations, and occasional overtime while contributing to reliable energy delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 3+ years as an operations technician or similar role.
• Preferred: 2-year technical degree and 2+ years in oil and gas operations.
• Ability to read drawings, analyze data, and follow safety/compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs tasks to safely maintain equipment and support pipeline operations, including reading/interpreting drawings and supervising equipment.
• Analyzes data and collaborates with others to solve technical or operational problems.
• Follows company policies and operating/maintenance procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of permits, compliance, and safe operation of facilities.
• Maintains records of processes and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
