Job summary

24 Hour Home Care is seeking a Supervisor, Operations in Fullerton, CA. This hybrid role supports frontline execution, coaching Customer Service Coordinators, and ensuring timely service delivery for individuals in the IDD space. The position develops toward the Manager, Operations track and aligns with our care & comp policy.

Responsibilities include monitoring call center metrics, coordinating with internal partners, and guiding day-to-day workflows. Business hours are 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising day-to-day operations within a branch or local market.
• 2+ years of operations, staffing, scheduling, customer service, or care delivery experience; 3-5+ years preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, disability services, staffing, or a similar service-delivery environment preferred.
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and customer service workflows, ensuring follow-up activities and service requests are completed on time.
• Monitor call center performance, queue activity, and service levels; adjust team priorities accordingly.
• Serve as primary escalation resource for caregiver, family, and service-related concerns; coordinate with internal partners to drive resolution.
• Provide day-to-day workflow oversight, training, and coaching to Customer Service Coordinators.
• Identify trends and recommend workflow or service improvements to the Manager or Sr. Manager, Operations.
