Zusammenfassung

Peoples Gas, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, seeks an Operations Specialist to support our Chicago South, Central, and Aon Center locations. A hybrid work schedule may be available for the Aon Center position.

The role focuses on reviewing, processing, and maintaining accurate records for Gas Services, verifying work orders, resolving discrepancies with field personnel and internal teams, and supporting safe, compliant operations. Prior office experience is essential.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma, HSED or GED required.
• 5+ years using standard office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• 5+ years experience identifying and implementing solutions to problems.

Aufgaben

• Assist field operations and support office-based processes for gas services.
• Data entry, updating company systems, timekeeping and routing work orders.
• Coordinate with field personnel and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely work order completion.
• Input/update information in operational systems and manage multiple assignments/projects.
