Qualificações

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 5+ years using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other standard applications.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule field crews for operations and coordinate calls from customers and field employees.
• Perform data entry, SharePoint updates, and permit request creation in an office setting.
• Collect data from field activities and update company systems while coordinating with field staff.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure adequate operational schedule coverage.
• Work cross-functionally to support internal and external customer needs for field operations.
• Assist shop management with multiple assignments, projects, and campaigns.
