Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN seeks an Operations Solutions Coordinator-MCL to join the MCL Operations team. You will collaborate across pillars to lead the initial investigation, solutioning, and implementation of new service lines, with potential for direct reports.

Domestic and international travel required. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a science field and seven years of clinical lab or patient-care experience; a Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human-based biology, chemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, biochemistry, biomedical engineering, or related scientific fields and seven years of clinical laboratory and/or patient care experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a combination of directly-related experience and education may be considered.
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record may be required based on business needs and travel expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and governs client-contact architecture, including service-routing methodologies and navigation models that support consistent and effective client access.
• Develops and governs operational decision-support structures, including decision trees and reason-code frameworks that support consistent classification and management of client inquiries.
• Establishes closed-loop inquiry management frameworks that define ownership, handoffs, resolution, and closure across the inquiry lifecycle.
• Develops and governs standardized client-communication solutions, including reusable messaging, templates, and automated communication for common client scenarios.
• Establishes standardized pathways for inquiries requiring laboratory or other subject-matter expertise, including defined consultation criteria, content ownership, and engagement processes.
