Job summary

United Airlines is hiring for a Representative in Operations Scheduling & Payroll at the Arlington Heights area. The role centers on providing professional scheduling coverage for Dispatcher positions, handling basic payroll tasks, and supporting wellness and HR administrative duties within the NOC.

The position operates in a hybrid environment, with in-office time required three days per week at AHSC in Arlington Heights, IL.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years in an administrative/scheduling role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong and positive communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily roster needs are met for Dispatcher positions in compliance with FAA regulations and the Dispatcher CBA.
• Process overtime, shift trades, and days-off requests per CBA rules.
• Build and maintain Dispatch schedules, bid relief, and dispatcher qualifications.
• Manage dispatcher vacations and holiday schedules and bids.
• Assist NOC Scheduling Manager with duties and data analytics/reporting.
• Collaborate with NOC Training and Standards on qualifications and training.
