Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Supply Chain Technology to own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of tech supporting end-to-end supply chain processes.

You will partner with business, technology, data, architecture, and implementation teams to translate operational needs into scalable capabilities across domains like Order Management, Inventory, Planning, and Distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of product management or technology product ownership in supply chain contexts.
• Experience owning enterprise technology products and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and near-term priorities for supply chain products.
• Translate business needs into product capabilities, epics, and backlogs.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, data, and operations teams.
• Measure adoption and impact with defined KPIs.
