Job summary

Monster Tree Service Omaha is seeking an Operations Manager + Sales Arborist to lead daily operations, ensure safety, and deliver Plant Health Care services. This hybrid role combines operational leadership with selling and client engagement to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Arboriculture, Forestry, or related field.
• CTSP and/or ISA Certification desired but not required.
• Experience managing tree care operations or in landscape industries preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Clean/valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and create efficiencies with crews, equipment, and supplies.
• Provide training to field crews following ANSI and company standards.
• Monitor crew productivity to meet goals and targets.
• Help manage fleet and equipment repair and maintenance.
• Sell and deliver Plant Health Care solutions.
• Business development, selling, and scheduling.
• Schedule and meet prospective residential and commercial clients to assess and propose tree care services.
• Follow-up on open proposals to answer questions and close sales.
• Be responsible for the hiring, supervision, and retention of field employees.
• Coordinate training to ensure all field personnel are properly trained, licensed, etc.
• Enforce industry safety standards and company policies.
