Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership role
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred
• 3 years industry experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Knowledge of tree care and safety practices preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Directing, coordinating, and overseeing branch activities and personnel
• Creating budgets, marketing plans, staffing, and equipment plans for branch operations
• Communicating production goals and conducting performance reviews
• Managing schedules with the project coordinator
• Ensuring safety meetings are held and records kept
• Providing same-day estimates to customers
• Maintaining vehicles and equipment and ensuring paperwork is up to date
• Prospect calls and referrals to gain leads
• Reporting to the President and Leadership Team
