Maximus is seeking a Manager - OPS to support our OPM - FEHB program. The role requires supervising subcontractors, overseeing audits, and producing regular client reports from a Lawrence, KS base.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proven ability to lead remote teams using secure desktops and telephony tools. The position is hybrid, with onsite and remote work expectations.

• Experience managing benefits-verification workflows or teams.
• Experience with workforce management and telephony tools.
• Experience managing remote teams that use secure remote desktops.
