Job summary

JLL is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead the Center of Excellence, driving operational excellence across Project and Development Services and Facilities Management. The role blends people leadership with process improvement and change management, ensuring continuous delivery enhancements and stakeholder alignment in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in operations, project delivery, or facilities management.
• Strong background in driving continuous improvement and change initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile/Lean Six Sigma or related methodologies.
• Ability to develop and mentor staff through organizational transitions.
• Proven track record of implementing standard operating procedures and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project and Facility Coordinator teams to support delivery and operations.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members with focus on adaptability and improvement.
• Set performance objectives and coach teams through transitions.
• Serve as SME for evolving systems, processes, and tools.
• Foster safety culture and innovation with AI integration.
• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities across functions.
• Design, test, and implement process enhancements with Lean/Six Sigma.
• Develop change management strategies including communication and training.
• Create SOPs and playbooks; coordinate multi-stakeholder implementations.
• Monitor outcomes with KPIs and establish feedback loops.
