Job summary

Arizona Public Service seeks a Business Operations Analyst to support analysis, planning, administration and communication of projects and processes across APS Operations in Phoenix. You will serve as a reporting and data analytics resource to promote data integrity and standardized reporting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology-enabled solutions, support capital project closeout, and drive process improvements for better organizational performance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA equivalency or four years relevant business work experience in business, IT or related area.
• Two additional years of progressively responsible experience in operations, reporting, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development, planning, administration and communication of a broad range of business unit projects, processes and practices.
• Research and analyze routine to moderate business problems; coordinate with IT, systems analysts or vendors to resolve issues.
• Develop and analyze requirements for new processes and systems; document functional needs and benefits.
