Job summary

Arizona Public Service is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support and optimize APS Operations business systems and processes. You will assist in reporting, data analytics, and process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational effectiveness.

The role involves capital project closeout support and development of standardized reporting. The position requires a BS/BA equivalency or four years of related experience, strong Excel/Access/Word skills,

Qualifications

BS/BA equivalency or four years of relevant business work experience.
Two years of progressively responsible experience in business unit operations, systems, and data concepts.
Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Access, and Word.

Responsibilities

Participates in analysis, planning, administration, and communication of a broad range of business unit projects, processes, and practices.
Maintains and produces functional reports and standardized reporting protocols to promote data integrity.
Supports capital project closeout activities with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely documentation and financial reconciliation.
Leads smaller process improvement initiatives and serves as a liaison between business unit and IT.
