Gloucester Refuse LLC is seeking a highly motivated Operations Associate to support both office operations and field service activities. This role combines customer service, route support, and occasional driving duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service skills and communication are essential.
• Experience with data entry and basic office software is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to work both in office and field environments is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, billing, and scheduling.
• Assist customers with new service setup, changes, and cancellations.
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate account records.
• Perform data entry and maintain organized customer and service records.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and support.
• Promote and upsell additional services such as trash bins and dumpster rentals.
