Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Associate for an award-winning company in the Raleigh-Durham area. The role requires a positive, motivated individual to support customers and teammates, with in-office work 3 days per week.

Work hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include handling customer service inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Must pass call center simulation test.
• Intermediate PC skills including all Microsoft office software.
• Ability to work on a team and thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all correspondents with customers relating to all service and claim needs, client information, service requests, and contract benefits.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with all clients through phone, email, chat, and text channels.
• Retain client knowledge of products and knowledge of customer procedures and rules.
• Continue communication with managers and other team members regarding special project developments and assigned responsibilities.
