Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Associate for a growing insurance organization in Durham, NC. The role is hybrid with onsite requirements three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

A recent graduate or early-career professional with strong communication and administrative experience is ideal. Responsibilities include processing client transactions, communicating with clients, maintaining records, and supporting operational initiatives to improve the client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably obtained in 2025 or 2026.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Internship, customer service, administrative, or office experience demonstrating reliability and strong work ethic.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process client transactions, service requests, and operational documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and other channels to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional support.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support operational initiatives and improve overall client experience.
