Piper Companies is seeking a Systems Analyst to support an award winning organization in the Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina area. The Systems Analyst role is hybrid requiring 3 days onsite in the office and will focus on analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing critical insurance systems, with emphasis on SQL-driven solutions and policy administration platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry.
• Preferred: Hands-on experience supporting or working with policy administration systems.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical system specifications.
• Support, enhance, and optimize insurance systems, with a focus on policy administration platforms.
• Develop SQL queries, reports, and data extracts to support system analysis and operational needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA to ensure effective system functionality and performance.
• Troubleshoot system issues and identify long-term process and technology improvements.
• Lead or participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and integration initiatives.
