Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is hiring an Operations Analyst to support the PMO with capital planning, reporting, and data analysis. The role emphasizes maintaining project data integrity, forecasting support, and KPI tracking within hybrid work arrangements across multiple Florida locations.

You will collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management to deliver recurring reports and dashboards, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years analytical, project controls, project management, finance, accounting, or business operations experience.
• Power BI experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Create and maintain capital project work orders and ensure data accuracy across financial and project systems.
• Support project forecasting, budgeting, schedule reporting, cost reporting, and financial performance monitoring.
• Assist Project Managers with variance identification, change management, project authorization, and related controls.
