Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the PMO and project delivery teams with capital planning, reporting, data analysis, and governance. You will help maintain project data integrity, prepare management reports, and assist forecasting across multiple systems from our Delaware/Florida footprint.

The role emphasizes Excel and Power BI proficiency, strong analytical skills, and collaboration across Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of analytical, project controls, project management, finance, accounting, or business operations experience.
• Power BI experience preferred.
• Financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and capital project financial administration.
• Project controls, schedule reporting, cost reporting, variance monitoring, and change management support.
• Recurring and ad hoc reporting, dashboard maintenance, trend analysis, KPI tracking, and data visualization.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain capital project work orders and ensure project data accuracy within financial and project systems.
• Support project forecasting, budgeting, schedule reporting, cost reporting, and financial performance monitoring.
• Assist Project Managers with variance identification, change management, project authorization, and related project controls activities.
• Produce recurring project and portfolio reports, dashboards, ad hoc analyses, trend analysis, and KPI tracking.
• Collect, validate, maintain, and organize project performance information, documentation, records, and action item tracking.
• Support project review meetings, governance activities, reporting enhancements, process improvements, and implementation of new tools and workflows.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, and other project delivery stakeholders.
