Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field and 1 year of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of knowledge, education, experience or certificates may apply.
• Experience in data collection, entry, aggregation and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data validity for incident, QM audit, tracer and survey outcomes.
• Collect, enter, aggregate and evaluate data to identify performance trends.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Develop reporting models and provide technical assistance on reporting issues.
• Collaborate with Quality, Risk and Incidents teams to prepare reports for meetings.
• May lead project teams and review fidelity charts as needed.
