You will support instructional design teams, ensure accurate documentation, and drive process improvements across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and one year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Experience with Airtable, Jira, or similar project-tracking tools required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Track, maintain, and improve course development records, schedules, and approvals using Airtable and Jira.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for EdPlus course development activities.
• Monitor milestones, identify delays, and coordinate adjustments.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for leadership.
