This in-person role anchors in Scottsdale, with collaboration across data scientists, UX researchers, PMs, and instructional designers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in the area, including two years in a managerial role.
• Terminal degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., or equivalent) in a teaching discipline, learning sciences, or instructional design.
• Experience as a higher education instructor of record, designing and grading assessments.
• Demonstrated mastery of assessment theory, including backward design and constructive alignment.
• Demonstrated success leading faculty cohorts and learning communities.

Responsibilities

• Co-create authentic tasks with faculty, replacing traditional exams with performance tasks and portfolios.
• Build scalable libraries of assessment templates, rubrics, and guides.
• Map curricular pathways by sequencing assessments across degree programs.
