Job summary

SJE in Plymouth, MN is seeking a OneStream Administrator to join our Finance team. This hybrid role requires on-site presence at least three days per week at a SJE location.

You will be the internal expert for OneStream, managing configuration, security, metadata, dimensions, workflows and business rules, plus upgrades and new modules. You will partner with Accounting on consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring data integrity and user support.

Qualifications

• OneStream administration with configuration, security, metadata and workflows.
• Experience with upgrades, patches and new module implementations.
• Integrations between OneStream and ERP or data warehouse systems.
• Knowledge of financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and close processes.
• Troubleshooting, automation, and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary OneStream administrator and internal expert.
• Manage configuration, security, metadata, dimensions, workflows and business rules.
• Lead upgrades, patches, enhancements and new module implementations.
• Partner with Accounting on consolidations, reporting structures and financial close.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, dashboards, reporting automation and user support.
