Job summary

Sony Music Entertainment seeks a OneStream Application Administrator / Support Analyst to own and optimize the OneStream compensation and payroll integration platform. This role collaborates with Finance, Payroll, HR, and SAP support teams to ensure stability and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has OneStream experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a solid understanding of financial processes to support monthly payroll and data loads in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of hands-on OneStream administration, support, troubleshooting, or development experience.
• Familiarity with OneStream business rules and VB.NET.
• Working knowledge of SQL and troubleshooting data/integration issues.
• Understanding of financial systems concepts including G/L, cost centers, company codes, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Strong communicator who collaborates with technical teams, stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and support contact for the OneStream application, including user access, security, and configuration management.
• Respond to questions, resolve issues, and provide guidance on system functionality.
• Troubleshoot and triage production issues across OneStream, SAP, integrations, master data, or user processes.
• Manage monthly operational processes, data loads, payroll-related processes, and system monitoring.
• Maintain and enhance financial reports, calculations, business rules, and data processing workflows.
• Coordinate with Finance, Payroll, HR, SAP teams and external partners to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials.
