Job summary

SJE is seeking a OneStream Administrator to join our Finance team in a hybrid role requiring on-site presence at least three days per week. You will manage the OneStream platform, ensure data integrity, and partner with accounting on close processes.

You will drive upgrades, implement new modules, and support budgeting, forecasting, dashboards, and reporting automation across cross-functional teams. As part of a collaborative team, you will translate business requirements into scalable solutions

• Cross-functional teamwork, independent priority management, and translating business needs into practical system solutions

The Job

As our OneStream Administrator, you will serve as the primary administrator and internal expert for SJE's OneStream Corporate Performance Management platform. You will manage its configuration, security, metadata, dimensions, workflows, business rules, user access, maintenance, and documentation. You will also lead upgrades, patches, enhancements, new module implementations, and performance improvements. You will partner with Accounting on consolidations, eliminations, reporting structures, and financial close processes while ensuring data integrity across connected systems. You will also support budgeting, forecasting, planning, dashboards, reporting automation, training, and user support. As part of a collaborative, cross-functional team, you will work with Finance, Accounting, IT, business users, and external consultants while independently managing priorities and translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
