Job summary

SJE Inc. is seeking a OneStream Administrator to join the Finance team in Plymouth, MN. This hybrid role requires on-site presence at least three days per week to manage the OneStream platform and support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

You will work with Finance, Accounting, IT, and external consultants to translate business requirements into scalable OneStream solutions, ensuring data integrity and efficient close cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience with OneStream Administration including configuration and security.
• Experience with OneStream upgrades, patches and new module implementations.
• Experience integrating OneStream with ERP/data warehouses or other systems.
• Experience in financial consolidation, budgeting/forecasting and close processes.
• Troubleshooting data, automating reports, and providing end-user support.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a OneStream Administrator to join our Finance team. This is a hybrid role and requires being on-site at a SJE location at least three days per week.

The job:

As our OneStream Administrator, you will serve as the primary administrator and internal expert for SJE's OneStream Corporate Performance Management platform. You will manage its configuration, security, metadata, dimensions, workflows, business rules, user access, maintenance, and documentation. You will also lead upgrades, patches, enhancements, new module implementations, and performance improvements.

You will partner with Accounting on consolidations, eliminations, reporting structures, and financial close processes while ensuring data integrity across connected systems. You will also support budgeting, forecasting, planning, dashboards, reporting automation, training, and user support. As part of a collaborative, cross‑functional team, you will work with Finance, Accounting, IT, business users, and external consultants while independently managing priorities and translating business requirements into scalable solutions.

The skills, education, and experience you need:

To succeed in this role, you must have demonstrated experience with:

• OneStream administration, including configuration, security, metadata, dimensions, workflows, business rules, and application maintenance
• OneStream upgrades, patches, enhancements, and new module implementations
• Integrations between OneStream and ERP, data warehouse, or other enterprise systems
• Financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and close processes
• System and data troubleshooting, reporting automation, data quality, and end‑user support
• Cross‑functional teamwork, independent priority management, and translating business needs into practical system solutions
