Thomson Reuters is seeking an Implementation Consultant who can manage multiple projects and act as an application and solution expert for the ONESOURCE Pagero platform. You will work independently and with teams to deliver end-to-end solutions while guiding customers through configuration, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an implementation and solution consultant in large, cross-functional projects.
• Experience with project management activities, including timelines and plans.
• Ability to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Sales, Support, and partner organizations.
• Experience with pre-sales activities, software demonstrations, and scoping.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing compliance across the EU and APAC regions.
• Deliver end-user and super-user training, and make decisions related to configuration and troubleshooting.
• Act as a specialist in large, cross-functional implementation projects and partner-led projects.
• Contribute to project planning and timeline management.
• Resolve customer support issues effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Support, as well as partner organizations.
• Support pre-sales activities, such as software demonstrations and scoping for prospective clients.
• Customize and configure applications according to agreed specifications.
• Design, develop, and document project deliverables in line with agreed timelines and budgets.
• Participate in application configuration, implementation, and testing.
