Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide virtual and onsite pharmacy services to high‑volume ambulatory oncology pharmacies across the Chicagoland area, with onsite work in Downers Grove, IL when supporting virtual services.

You will oversee pharmaceutical care, review medication orders, design patient‑specific regimens, counsel patients and caregivers, participate in safety and quality improvement activities, and serve as a preceptor for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy required.
• FPGEC Certificate recognized by NABP.
• Immunization and non-vaccine injectable certifications may be required by practice area.
• Strong communication and organizational skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services virtually and onsite to high-volume ambulatory oncology pharmacies.
• Oversee pharmaceutical care and evaluate biomedical literature to design therapy regimens.
• Counsel patients and caregivers on medications, adverse effects, and adherence.
• Review and interpret medication orders and participate in safety and quality improvement.
