Qualifications
A compact unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license is required.
At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing.
Oncology-related certifications such as OCN, AOCN, or CCM required or to be obtained within 2 years of hire.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and oversee member health.
Facilitate end-of-life care discussions and manage escalations.
Support members throughout the oncology care continuum.
Participate in case conferences to monitor member progress.
Be available for urgent clinical escalations.
