Job summary

Scott Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Supervisor in Edwardsville, IL to lead a team in delivering exceptional member service. You will oversee basic financial transactions, respond to member inquiries, and educate members on products.

This full-time role starts on-site with potential hybrid or remote work after the probation period, reflecting a flexible work policy. A strong problem-solving mindset and team-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of call center experience OR six months of financial institution experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Process basic financial transactions for members including balance inquiries, transfers and payments, issuing checks.
• Respond to routine member inquiries regarding account operation, services, discrepancies, and feature changes.
• Post transactions and update member account information in the system.
• Educate members on Scott Credit Union products and refer to Loan Center or Retirement and Investment Services as needed.
• Assist other member service tasks and support teammates as required.
