Worldwide Logistics Inc. in Paramus, NJ is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator with a domestic focus to join our team.

You will quote transportation options, coordinate shipments and build strong customer/vendor relationships to ensure on-time deliveries. You will work with internal sales, pricing staff and global vendors, handling quoting, tracking shipments and staying ahead of market trends, while maintaining accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years freight brokerage/logistics experience.
• Hands-on LTL and TL/FTL experience.
• Experience with drayage and/or air freight.
• Quoting and carrier rate negotiation experience.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Track & trace proficiency.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Ability to independently manage a shipment from quote through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Customer Communication and Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships and enhance customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements, address inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
