You will handle emails, assist customers, and learn our cashiering and back‑office systems across two locations. We value reliability, attention to detail, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Reliable, attentive to detail, and willing to learn our systems and procedures.
• Comfortable with computers, email, and learning new software.
• Able to work in both office and retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Check, organize, and respond to emails throughout the day.
• Assist with daily office administration and recordkeeping.
• Prepare bank deposits and change orders.
• Assist with daily reports, reconciliation, and payment processing.
• Enter and maintain product pricing changes.
• Create and maintain sale tags and promotional pricing.
• Assist with store promotions.
• Learn and use our computer and back‑office systems.
• Assist with Ace Rewards and online orders.
• Maintain office supplies and keep the office organized.
• Assist customers and team members as needed.
• Learn and become proficient with our cashiering and point‑of‑sale system.
