Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of warehousing experience.

Responsibilities

Perform daily clerical and administrative tasks, including data entry, paperwork, documentation, and record keeping.
Monitor drivers and assist with scheduling, activities, and daily operations.
Maintain accurate driver and operational records.
Coordinate communication between drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors.
Utilize Word/Excel/Outlook and ERP systems for admin tasks.
Review paperwork for accuracy and assist with basic issue resolution.
Operate company vehicles in emergencies and assist with deliveries when needed.
Assist with final-shift warehouse tasks: receiving, packing, inventory, and organization.
Maintain a safe, clean office and work environment.
