Job summary

STIIIZY is hiring an Office Associate / Box Truck Driver to support the warehouse and distribution team in a hybrid role. The position combines clerical work, data entry, documentation, and monitoring of drivers with occasional driving duties during emergencies or peak times.

You’ll handle daily office tasks with Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems, assist with inventory, receiving, packing, and coordinate communication across departments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of warehousing experience.
  • Must be able to drive forklift.
  • Typically requires a high school diploma.
  • Licensed stand up and sit-down forklift experience is a plus.
  • Must be over 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily clerical and administrative tasks, including data entry, paperwork, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Monitor drivers and assist with tracking schedules, activities, and daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized driver and operational records.
  • Assist with coordinating communication between drivers, warehouse personnel, supervisors, and other departments.
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP system to complete administrative tasks.
  • Review paperwork and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with resolving basic operational issues and communicate more complex issues to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Operate company vehicles when necessary to support operations, primarily in emergency or unexpected situations.
  • Assist with deliveries or driving responsibilities when needed.
  • Assist with basic warehouse tasks during the final portion of the shift, including receiving, packing, inventory, and organization.
  • Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office and work environment.
  • Follow all company, warehouse, vehicle, safety, and operational procedures.

Job description

The Office Associate / Box Truck Driver is a hybrid position that primarily supports office and administrative operations within the warehouse and distribution department. The individual will spendthe majority ofthe shift performing clerical work, data entry, paperwork, documentation, and monitoring drivers and daily operations.

This role will also provide limited drivingsupportwhen necessary, primarily in emergency or unexpected situations. During the finalportionof the shift, the individual willassistwith basic warehouse activities, including inventory organization, receiving, packing, and other related tasks.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:
  • Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Monday – Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  • Full-time position

  • Mustbe punctual and perform tasksin a timely manner.
  • Must be able to perform fast repetitive tasks at an efficient and precise level.
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP system) keyboarding skills preferred.
  • Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Possesses a working knowledge of subject matter.
  • Must be able to work in a high pace environment.
Education & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of warehousing experience
  • Must be able to drive forklift and organize materials.
  • Typically requires a high school diploma and 0 to 2 years of experience.
  • Licensed stand up and sit-down forklift experience is a plus.

This position is a full-time role at $22.50/hour

  • Must be over 21 years of age.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.
  • Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanicalassistance
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
  • Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
  • Must be able to complete repeated twisting, grasping, reaching, turning, stooping, and lifting activities throughout shift and for prolonged periods of time.
