Job summary

STIIIZY in California seeks a Retail Inventory Associate to manage daily stock, verify deliveries, and ensure accurate inventory in METRC and POS systems. You will stock shelves, label products, and support efficient, compliant operations.

The role requires 21+ years old, strong math skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. This is a full-time position with a base hourly rate of $20.50 and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding cannabis brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Experience with METRC or similar cannabis seed-to-sale tracking software preferred.
• Retail inventory experience in a storefront (1–2 years) preferred.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day inventory at the retail storefront and ensure accurate counts.
• Verify and receive product shipments and organize stock on sales floor.
• Ensure products are labeled correctly and logged in METRC/POS before display.
• Maintain FIFO stock flow and perform cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
• Support accurate inventory reporting and assist with stock replenishment.
