Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Home First Team in Dorchester. This full-time locum role offers an initial 2-month contract with potential extension and pays £35 per hour.

HCPC registration and a valid driver’s license are required to support hospital discharge, home visits, and reablement work. You will collaborate with health and community partners, develop personalised recovery plans, and document progress accurately while balancing office-based and field

• HCPC registration is required.
• A valid driver’s licence is required to support home visits and travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with health and community partners to support hospital discharges.
• Develop and implement individualised active recovery and reablement plans.
• Maintain strong links across county area clusters for seamless service delivery.
• Conduct home visits across the county as required.
• Ensure documentation and reporting are completed accurately and on time.
