Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of digital learning development experience in corporate or professional services.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interactive digital course development in Articulate Storyline 360.
• Proficient with SCORM, LMS deployment/testing and multimedia production.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality online learning products using Storyline 360, Rise 360 and AI tools.
• Create engaging eLearning interactions, scenarios, knowledge checks and assessments.
• Produce multimedia assets including video, audio, animation and graphics.
• Lead development projects from concept through launch and maintain standards.
