Job summary
Spin Hire seeks a Technical Operations Specialist to serve as the on-the-ground technical resource for casino management systems across U.S. sites, handling go-lives and post-launch support.
You will troubleshoot software and hardware issues and coordinate with Asia-based teams to keep systems up and running. The role involves installation, configuration, testing, incident management, and documentation, with a focus on fast, accurate issue resolution in a gaming technology environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years in technical support, IT operations, or gaming/hospitality tech environments.
- Strong troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network basics.
Responsibilities
- Support on-site and remote installation, configuration, testing, and go-live activities for casino management system deployments.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 1.5 technical and application support, including incident management and customer communication.
- Diagnose and resolve application, integration, workstation, and basic hardware issues; coordinate hardware replacements when needed.
