Job summary

Guidepoint is seeking a Business Development Associate for the US Consulting Group in a hybrid role based in New York City. The position reports to the Executive Vice President, US Consulting and focuses on securing new relationships with top global management consultancies, market research, advertising, and audit firms.

You will develop industry knowledge, identify strategic opportunities, conduct outbound prospecting, and work with client services to drive value for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Broad base knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to relationship management.
• Excellent communicator capable of handling high-profile clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere.
• Interest in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments and willingness to take on increasing responsibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to accuracy and judgment.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools to support research and outreach.
